Registration for the 22nd ISPS Congress “Co-Costructing Healing Spaces” is now open.

Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the online registration.

FEES FOR PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE:

  • Open Access to all sessions: Participate in all scientific sessions.
  • Open Access to Healing Spaces Festival: Visit performances, installations and exibitions.
  • Participate and engage: Join the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
  • Enjoy refreshments: During coffee breaks and lunches as indicated in the programme.
  • Meet the speakers: Opportunity to discuss with speakers and experts in-person.
  • Network with colleagues: Dedicated time and place for networking with your peers in-person.

The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the participant(s) and the event “ISPS 2022”.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming the registration will be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected onsite and charged the onsite rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if the registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be communicated by email to the Organising Secretariat: secretariat@isps2021.it

For all cancellations received by 31 July 2021, the registration fee will be refunded (deducting an administrative fee of 30% from the paid amount). After this date, there will be no refund. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

The refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days from the end of the Congress.

The Organising Committee and the Organising Secretariat are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Organising Secretariat do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
